Important Booking Information
- A non-refundable booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
- If your booking is cancelled due to bad weather, the booking fee is valid for 12 months.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash on setup or via the payment link before your event.
- Cancellations: If cancelled within 48 hours of the event, 50% of the balance is due; if cancelled on the day, the full balance is required.
- Venue Hires: Please allow 1 hour before your party for setup.
- Outdoor Hires: We cannot provide mats for soft play in gardens due to uneven surfaces creating a trip hazard.
- Late Pickups: Any collections after 6:00 PM incur an extra charge. Final pickup is 9:00 PM; later pickups are charged as overnight hire (£60).

At Lily's Inflatables, we maintain high standards of safety and hygiene. All of our soft play equipment is fully cleaned, sanitised, and maintained, ensuring a safe and fun experience for children. We are also covered by £5 million public liability insurance for added peace of mind.
