PLEASE NOTE NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24HRS OF BOOKING IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL DUE WEATHER WE WARRENT YOUR BOOKING FEE FOR 12MONTHS.

REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID CASH ON SET UP OR VIA THE LINK BEFORE UR PARTY OR WE WONT BE ABLE TO LEAVE THE ITEMS. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 48HR THE DAY 50% OF YOUR BALANCE HAS TO BE PAID. IF YOU CANCEL ON THE DAY THE FULL BALANCE IS REQUIRED.

Please note if in a Venue we ask that u allow upto 1hr before your party starts incase we get stuck in traffic etc

Please note any hires that need picking up after 6pm are chargeable.

Last pick up is 9pm then we charge over night hire.

Our Soft Play's are all bright vibrant colours and all in very good, clean condition. Available for hire in other areas including Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Exning, Soham, Ashley Green and many more.

Please note when booking Soft Play in gardens we can not supply the mats due to not having a dead flat surface so will uneven and cause trip hazard.
