We recently hired a 3D dinosaur bouncy castle, Dino peek a boo and wiggle cars for my sons 5 birthday and we wasnt disappointed. They arrived to set up promptly and set up was fast and efficient. They were then spot on for pick up and tidying up. The bouncy castle and wiggle cars were a massive hit. They were used non stop. Many people asked us where we hired them from I highly recommend Lilys inflatables.

We booked the Disco Dome Helter-skelter but weren’t sure it would fit in our garden. When they arrived to assemble it, they brought a backup option just in case it didn’t fit, so thoughtful. The team are very professional and efficient, I can highly recommend them. My daughter and her friends had the best time at her party and I’m sure we’ll be using them again next year.

Despite being out of area, Lily's were more than happy to deliver. We hired the 3D Dinosaur bouncy castle which the children absolutely loved. Very good condition, came nice and early so had full day, friendly staff who were happy to place castle exactly where we wanted. Have recommended to friends and will deffinatly use again. We would like to thank you immensely for your excellent customer service. When we reached the venue and saw that the Bouncy Castle was already installed it was a big relief and I knew I would be less stressed to set up the rest of the hall with the decorations. You also didn’t mind us paying the money after the event as well which was very helpful as we have been fetching some of our guests from far early in the morning and we were very busy at set up time. The kids really enjoyed the Party Time Bouncy Castle with the slide. I think it was the best! Maybe next time I won’t use the ball pit, only because the bigger kids enjoy throwing them everywhere and tend to throw them at each other as well which some kids don’t like but nobody was hurt of course! :)

I highly recommend this company! They are reliable, friendly, professional and good value too! I booked the Rainbow Unicorn Bouncy Castle on behalf of my boss to keep her 2 young daughters entertained during half term. Initially it was only booked for one day, but on seeing how excited the girls were that they were going to be having a bouncy castle in the garden, the decision was made to book it for an additional day, and at short notice, which was no trouble at all. I messed up the booking online so called and they said they would fix it all out for me. They did and sent me an email confirming all the things I needed to change. When they arrived they were pleasant people and very accommodating. Then best of all at the end when they came to pack away all their bits they stuck around and helped put tables and chairs away at our venue. They have literally gone above and beyond. Thank you to Lily’s inflatables for providing the paw patrol castle package and wiggle cars for my sons birthday party. The staff were really friendly, efficient and helpful and answered any questions I had very quickly and were always happy to help. All the children had a great time and especially loved the cars. We have hired a bouncy castle last weekend for our daughter's 9th birthday. In total we had 5 kids and this was an amazing entertainment for all of them. Kids really enjoyed it. I’d leave more stars if I could. Genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service. Polite, chatty, promptly arrived at the required time (despite me being late myself!) very fast to set up and take away at the end of the party. We hired the unicorn bouncy castle/ soft play bundle, along with the unicorn hoppers and the children LOVED it all - we had trouble dragging them away long enough for food. We were pleasantly surprised that the bouncy castle was a lot bigger than expected! All the stuff was clean and excellently well kept - can’t sing your praises enough. A huge huge Thankyou.

Wow Lilys Inflatables are brilliant. Not only are there bouncy castles an amazingly priced and of very good quality, but even the people that run it are amazing. They are kind and generous offering to help out at our Nursery fayre even though they have no connections to us. They were completely understanding when we had to cancel at very short notice due to weather conditions and a change of location, happily changing the date to our leavers party no questions asked. All the children of all ages loved using it and a lot had to be persuaded to get off. The bouncy castle was extremely clean and tidy almost looking like we were the first to use it. I cant recommend Lilys enough amd hope to do alot more business with them in the future. Thank you

Highly recommend!! We have previously had a bouncy castle off this company for our children and the service was fantastic. The castle was spotless and they were really friendly and helpful. I recently saw that they were now hiring hot tubs so we hired one for a hen weekend , yet again spotlessly clean and fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble. We had so much fun combining it with a cocktail party. A great alternative to spas days and with it being in the comfort of our own home so we could be as giggly as we liked!! Perfect for a hen party. We enjoyed it so much I hired it again for our family and our children absolutely loved it! Complete hit all round! We were let down by a company and phoned Lily's Inflatables as soon as I could. The bouncy castle arrived within 1 hour of calling. It made our little boys party complete and couldn't of asked for a better service. Definitely recommend to anyone.
