Important Booking Information

• A non-refundable booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
• If your booking is cancelled due to bad weather, the booking fee is valid for 12 months.
• The remaining balance must be paid in cash on setup or via the payment link before your event.
• Cancellations: If cancelled within 48 hours of the event, 50% of the balance is due; if cancelled on the day, the full balance is required.
• Outdoor Hires: Mats cannot be supplied for garden hires due to uneven surfaces causing a trip hazard.
• Late Pickups: Any collections after 6:00 PM incur an extra charge. Final pickup is 9:00 PM; later pickups are charged as overnight hire.
