Cleaning Fee Policy
"We ask that all bouncy castles are returned in the same clean condition they were delivered. If excessive cleaning is required due to HOSES BEING USED! food, drink, mud, face paint, slime, confetti, pet mess, or any other avoidable mess, cleaning fee of £25-£100 may be charged depending on the extent of cleaning required."
Please check the measurements of the venue before booking an inflatable/ inflatables to make sure they fit.
If the item/items do not fit we will do our best to get another inflatable to you but you will still be charged the full amount for item booked.
