We would like to thank you immensely for your excellent customer service. When we reached the venue and saw that the Bouncy Castle was already installed it was a big relief and I knew I would be less stressed to set up the rest of the hall with the decorations. You also didn’t mind us paying the money after the event as well which was very helpful as we have been fetching some of our guests from far early in the morning and we were very busy at set up time. The kids really enjoyed the Party Time Bouncy Castle with the slide. I think it was the best! Maybe next time I won’t use the ball pit, only because the bigger kids enjoy throwing them everywhere and tend to throw them at each other as well which some kids don’t like but nobody was hurt of course! :)

We had a whale of a time with our bouncy castle. Service is brilliant, they were in and out in minutes, very friendly from start to finish. Not our first castle from these guys and definitely not our last
