From the first point of contact, to collection after our event - communication and punctuality has been faultless. The set up and support was first class - the bouncy slide and soft play was a great hit with the children and then the clear up and collection was all seamless.
All of my questions leading up the event were quickly responded too and there was never a delay or need to chase up - really refreshing, personal approach.

We were let down by a company and phoned Lily's Inflatables as soon as I could. The bouncy castle arrived within 1 hour of calling. It made our little boys party complete and couldn't of asked for a better service. Definitely recommend to anyone. Best of all, we got the Paw Patrol bouncy castle we wanted for our sons first birthday. Amazing!
